HANA control line of MER Series electric actuators offers a broad range of torque from 30 Nm to 3,000 Nm and numerous features including manual overrides, auxiliary switches, 4-20mA modulating control, several voltage options including 1-phase 24/120V/220V/ - 12 and 24VDC, 3-phase 220V, 380V, and 440V. The units feature gear trains and a unique manual override with hand wheel. All actuators are designed for maximum cycle life due to our rugged motors and gear trains. As with all MER actuators, our electric actuators are available with mounting kits on most globe valves. The actuators are widely for use on industrial globe valves for HVAC, furnace, blower and exhaust air transfer systems, in addition to special service applications. HANA offers customers a wide variety of materials for construction options and design specifications.

 

CYL Series pneumatic heavy duty cylinder actuators are designed for remote throttling  and on/off control service. Double-acting (type B) or spring return open/closed in case of air failure (type C) are available. The actuators' unique articulated lever crank design provides a torque output signature, which is particularly suited to automating rotary type valves together with linear motion valves on which high torque is required. The CYL-B and the CYL-C provide powerful torque throughout the most common modulating range in seated and unseated positions. Rugged cast iron construction of housing and wear-resistant bearings provides long operating life.

GER Series pneumatic diaphragm actuators are designed for remote throttling control service. Spring-acting return open/closed position on power failure are provided.

 

 

GER Series diaphragm actuators are spring return type, designed for throttling control service. The actuators can be fitted with a variety of springs in order to overcome the wide range of forces that can exist on a valve plug. These actuators come in several sizes of diaphragm area. The GER actuator is suited for use on both the IS and ES series of control valves.

The GER Series spring opposed diaphragm actuators provide dependable operation for a wide range of on/off and modulating control valves. This actuator offers many features which are made possible by use of multiple springs about the stem centerline

 

 

HER Series Hydraulic Actuators are completely stand alone units. Simply install and then hook up to the appropriate electric power source. No separate power unit! No hydraulic installation required!  Motors available in all common AC & DC voltages for AC-Inverter or DC-SCR controllers.

Hydraulic actuators have variable acceleration and deceleration, through motor control and hydraulic valve control, to provide smooth load raising and lowering characteristics. Power only consumed when the electric actuator is operating.

Operates in any orientation, with the shaft extending up or down or horizontal. Mountings include standard Clevis Type with Spherical Bearings, Trunnion, Base or Head Mount, according to application requirement.
